It creates a pleasant to the touch “suede” finish. Top No Wipe Matt Stone Effect does not have a dispersion layer. The product does not require cleaning with a Cleaner and has a consistency similar to Semilac Top Mat Total No Wipe. Before each use, mix the product thoroughly.
