Usage

Apply the Semilac smoothing eyeshadow base over the eyelid. It ensures that the eyeshadow lasts longer. Apply the eyeshadow using an applicator or a brush. You can apply one colour to the whole eyelid, or mix and blend any eyeshadow to play with the colour. The effect will certainly be spectacular.
